Starting Again
So it has been a while since I really did anything with this website because I have been busy with my other business, school, and with my jazz band. But, I’ve decided to begin compiling a collection of drum videos from YouTube that I have found that are useful for drummers of all ages and skill levels. I’ll try to break them up int categories as best as I can, and you ca expect the first round of these videos to be up withing this week. I’m not sure if YouTube partners can make money off of embedded videos so I’ll have to provide links to those.

Video Section!!!

So the video section actually has something in it now. I just finished adding 18 videos to the Jazz section, but I hope to get at least 100 videos up throughout the categories by next week. It’s almost 2:00 AM here in Southern California, and my cognitive abilities are slowing down. So I’m going to go to

Well its more like a knee smasher. I don’t know about you, but lately when I’m just messing around and playing, I occasionally hit my knees. I’ll just be playing and then all of the sudden I’ll glance away from the kit, and my drumstick will come crashing down on my knee. IT HURTS! I

I just found this cool site called www.freedrumlessons.com. It’s actually pretty cool, because it gives insight to various styles of drumming. Now I consider myself to be an intermediate drummer, and to me this site was really helpful. Yes some of it was extremely basic, but if you’re just starting out then there’s no problem

Pearl Visions are going all birch AND all maple (yes I mean 100%)! Pearl has announced the new VBX and VMX Visions, which will be sold along with the birch/basswood VX and VSX models. They are a little bit more expensive than the other models, but as it turns out the other models have dropped
Superstars Go Hyperdrive

Tama has decided to completely get rid of standard tom sizes, for the Superstars that is. Tama is only making hyperdrive Superstar kits now.
